Build me a standalone program that captures AI responses text from chatbot and send that response to the system speaker. Also include a display status indicator as well as controls.

what I got was a program that floated across all browsers and listened for ai responses but was using utterance not captured text, I would ask them not to use utterance which is words wrapped in a bubble and they said no problem

But it did not matter no matter what I did AI would not understand to capture text because there was a better way, its a rule. But I knew from previous attempts that utterance was to difficult because its a new technology and always changing this went on for a few days all AI did the same thing.

So I thought i would make this really simple because I have done this before I said build me a box and capture text from the console and display in box, after showing some AI how I did that or what command to use they did it easily.

I must have spent days trying to figure out why could they not just send captured text to the system speaker, I knew it was possible because the operating system has a built in text to speech i was just going to use it, like we did in the old days, just using system commands.

I think the difference between me and most people is that I do not look at death as the end i see it as a finish, and I will enjoy every last second. Its like jumping out of a plane without a parachute, im not worried about the splatter I just want this to end I dont care what happens. I get in situations like that A lot Ive made a lot of bad decsions because i could not make up my mind.

Once I knew what to ask and all I had to do was cut and paste instructions and just seen what I got I spent a few days saying same thing to different coding bots. always the same using utterance no other choice. impossible they keep telling me.

I was getting very frustrated they all were doing the same thing which kind of made me think this has not be done before but I knew it would work because i have been doing this with book marks already but they could not see that.

Then since i had what I wanted pretty honed in on specifics i said what went where and how no fucken utterance i do not want to see that word. They are also most expensive and worth every dollar. But they delivered exactly what I asked they did not care what it did, they did what was asked because that was there job.

Once it was working that is when my world started to open up, I seen the potential and the operatunity to create something unique that we could leave to future generations. Something that will last until the end of time.

One of the greatest contributions this program creates is hands free disability assistant to anyone who has computer access not all ai are free that is why it was important to be versatile. Which if i have any say will be free from now until the end of time.

The most extrordinary thing is since this program monitors changes of text on a webpage, it will also read text from a news ticker, and a news ticker is just a message using marquee in html, no more recording wav files anyone can store a dictionary on there laptop.

what this program will do is teach anyone who wants to learn to speak or use words to have meaniful conversations in real time with just simple easy to use programs. A person or child could learn to use pictures to represent words or phrases. any laptop or android could be used to talk just by pointing at pictures.
